All information IGCAT receives within its different services is processed with maximum confidentiality and security, and will be incorporated into an automated file of whose creation the Data Protection Agency duly informed.

Moreover, this information is used exclusively by IGCAT for purposes related to each product and service, and commercial relationship with its clients, and will not be communicated to third parties unless IGCAT is required to do so by authorities or it is public information.

IGCAT will fulfil this obligation in agreement with what is established in applicable regulations (General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 UE – GDPR, and further dispositions).
